offenders to maintain positive behavior once released. Michael "Mykill
Miers" Arrington the Behavior Management Coordinator for Central puts on
programs for youth offenders often. "Mr. Arrington cares about us and
is always motivating us to do better and to be better citizens," says
one of the inmates.
